Frontenac’s laboratory is responsible for overseeing every stage of the wine production from planting to delivery. It is due to the laboratory’s meticulous and continuous analytical control that Frontenac has succeeded in achieving the highest standards, ensuring the superior quality of its products.
The laboratory’s analytical tools provide precise and objective information on the status of the wines, but it is thanks to the long and extensive experience of the company’s production and winery managers that they are able to use the information to predict problems that might arise and to find solutions and apply appropriate remedial action.
Basically, in addition to the laboratory’s findings and its reaction to them, organoleptic analysis remains an irreplaceable tool that is applied at regular intervals by the oenologist and the winery manager to the entire stock both during vinification and immediately prior to delivery.
